Some of what is missing from this record cannot be read out of a document. It needs somebody to walk down the road and look at a gatepost, or to remember what a house was called, or to open a rate book in the Archives.

When you find something, record what you found, whatever it turns out to be. "The name is on the right-hand pillar" and "walked the whole road, no sign of it" are both answers, and the second one saves the next person the walk.
